How does booking work?

Pick a duration and tap a BOOK NOW button above — the calendar opens with your package pre-selected. Choose your photographer (or “Any Available” for the widest range of slots), pick a date and time, fill in the form. Your photographer gets in touch within 24h to confirm details.

Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve?

No deposit is needed to reserve a time slot above. Once your Paris photographer connects with you to finalize details, a small deposit secures the session. The remaining balance is paid closer to or on the shoot date.

Can I choose a specific photographer?

Yes — during the booking process you can select a specific photographer or click “Any Available” to see the widest range of time slots. If a preferred photographer isn’t available on your date, “Any Available” shows all open slots across our team.

How long in advance should I book?

You can book as little as 15 hours in advance and up to 6 months ahead through the system above. For last-minute requests, sessions further than 6 months out, longer sessions, or special events like elopements and weddings, please contact us.

What time of day is best for the photoshoot?

We recommend morning sessions for the best light and fewest crowds — softer light, quieter surroundings, and a more relaxed atmosphere. If you’re flexible, choosing the earliest available slot maximises both. That said, our photographers know how to make any time of day work beautifully.

Which duration should I choose?

30 min — quick Eiffel Tower memory.
1 hour — most popular, multiple angles at one location.
1.5 hours — 1 spread area or 2 nearby locations.
2 hours — 2–3 locations at a relaxed pace.

We are more than 7 people, can I use the booking system?

Yes! Simply choose the “3–7+ People” option and mention your exact group size to your photographer. As noted on our pricing page, a small extra fee applies for groups of 8 or more.

What if it rains or I need to reschedule?

A full rainy day is rare — light rain often makes for unique photos with umbrellas and covered arcades. If conditions are truly unsuitable, we discuss rescheduling based on availability. For other reschedule or cancellation requests, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
