Paris engagement photo locations & timeline
Sarah & Michael are a newly engaged couple from Canada who visited Paris in summer for a short vacation in the city of love. They decided to book a fun engagement photoshoot in Paris with Lucia, local Paris photographer from The Parisian Photographers. Here Lucia is telling everything about her photoshoot with Sarah & Michael:
Sarah & Michael wanted to use the chance to create beautiful Paris engagement photos. Also they wanted to have fun pictures to remember this romantic summer trip to Paris for the rest of their lives.
Summer days are perfect for a fun engagement photoshoot in Paris: the light is fantastic, the weather outside is pleasant and the sun is rising at an early hour. That means we can head out for a fun engagement photoshoot in Paris before the crowds are arriving. Therefore we can choose the most iconic Paris photoshoot locations for your fun engagement photoshoot in Paris. These popular Paris locations, such as Eiffel Tower and Louvre, are usually crowded with tourists. But by starting early in the morning at sunrise we’ll have them almost just for ourselves.
And that’s exactly what I recommended Sarah & Michael as their experienced photographer in Paris. So together we decided to do their fun engagement photoshoot in Paris in the early morning at their two favorite locations: the Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower.
Sara & Michael’s fun engagement photoshoot in Paris
The day of Sarah & Michael’s fun engagement photoshoot in Paris we had a gorgeous sunrise – perfect for their couple pictures at the Louvre Museum. Sarah told me about her passion for classic Parisian buildings. She is a great admirer of the beautiful architecture of many famous landmarks in Paris. Above all she was deeply impressed by the magnificence of the Louvre palace.
That’s why as her professional Paris engagement photographer I suggested to shoot the couple from different angels: This way we were able to create Paris engagement photos of them with the Louvre pyramid in the background as well as of the couple walking around the Louvre courtyard and palace gallery. Sarah & Michael loved the idea!
We had a lot of fun shooting their engagement pictures around the Louvre Museum. Sarah & Michael are a lovely couple. They have a strong emotional connection and they truly enjoyed their fun engagement photoshoot in Paris – which you can clearly see on their Paris engagement pictures. They both love to laugh together: their chemistry in undeniable!
Eiffel Tower engagement pictures at the Seine riverside
After their Louvre photo session we took a taxi to go to the Eiffel Tower. The sun was shining and Sarah and Michael surprised me with a super romantic dip kiss in front of the Tower! Of course, I was there ready to catch the moment. Then we walked along the Seine river banks and captured a few Paris engagement photos with the Eiffel Tower in the background, always keeping it romantic.
This is also a great advantage when hiring a local Paris photographer for your fun engagement photoshoot in Paris: You will be able to discover great locations off the beaten tracks, that you would have never known existed. As English speaking photographer in Paris I particularly love shooting Eiffel Tower couple photos along the Seine Riverside. Because you can get beautiful pictures with the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river at the same time. Also it is a quiet area where you can escape the bustle of the city for your Paris engagement photoshoot.
We finished this cute Paris couple photo shoot with a few Paris couple pictures at Bir Hakeim Bridge. This bridge became famous through the movie Inception. But it’s also another wonderful engagement photoshoot spot to have a great view on the iconic Eiffel Tower.
